About Us
Hello friends!
It's Lisa and
Megan here, two freshmen at Point Loma Nazarene University, sharing our
adventures as we embark on the greatest journeys of our lives! In the four short
months we’ve been here, college has proven to be the most exciting adventure
yet—we’ve backpacked through Joshua Tree, served the homeless downtown, cliff
jumped into the ocean, endured the notorious college all-night study sessions, danced in the Greek in bed sheet togas, served at an orphanage in Mexico, and met a ton of incredible people. As
college students, we have endless opportunities at our feet. This is a time to explore our
interests, discover our passions, travel the world, meet people, and chase our
dreams. As our first semester
here comes to an end, the reality of how fast time flies in college is beginning to
set in. We want to take every opportunity and savor every moment. We mustn’t
let our precious time here slip away without making the most of it. As you read
our blog, we hope to ignite your sense of adventure, encourage you to
follow your dreams, and inspire you with the greatness of God’s creation!
